Concert Protocols

We are thrilled to be welcoming you to the concert hall on Friday for the 70th anniversary season premiere! Please read on for important health and safety information regarding Covid-19 mitigation at the hall.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or believe you have been exposed, please follow CDC guidelines and self-quarantine. The VSO will be pleased to issue a refund or exchange for your tickets, and asks that you do not attend the performance.

Please help us keep this experience safe and positive for all by understanding and agreeing to the following:

  • By choosing to attend a VSO event, I confirm that at the time of the event, I will either be vaccinated, have received a negative Covid test within 72 hours of the event, or agree to wear a mask for the duration of the event. All patrons are welcome to wear masks according to their personal comfort.

  • Pending available seating, I understand that I may request to be seated away from a crowded area for my own comfort. I understand that this will be done as a courtesy, and that refunds for price differences between seats will not be issued.

  • I understand that VSO guidelines and protocol may change in response to changing public health circumstances.

Additionally:

  • VSO Staff and ushers will wear masks for the duration of your evening at the Symphony.

  • Symphony concerts will be presented without intermission to minimize foot traffic in the lobbies and hall.

  • Ushers will wear gloves to distribute programs, and programs will not be recycled and redistributed

Thank you for attending the Symphony! Please call the VSO at (956) 661-1615 with questions or concerns.
